30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund or exchange, provided the item meets our return requirements.

Return Requirements

Items must be in their original condition β€” unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. Items must be returned in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned: items marked as final sale, custom or personalized items, items that have been worn, washed, or altered, items without original tags, and gift cards.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping label where applicable. Do not send items back without prior authorization.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we receive and inspect your return.

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for different sizes or colors of the same item. If you need to exchange an item for a different product, please initiate a return and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. Please mark the package as 'Returned Goods' to avoid additional customs charges.
